QUALITY POLICY
Our satisfaction policy ensures that any product you purchase from SABABAWEARS meets the highest quality standards. If, for any reason, factory defects are identified before using the garment, we will assist you with an easy and quick exchange. Any quality claims must be submitted within the first 5 calendar days after receiving the garment.
To process the exchange, the garment must be in good condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

RETURN POLICY
All our products are for personal and intimate use. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of intimate garments such as underwear or swimwear.
Without exception, our company does not provide cash refunds. Furthermore, it's important to clarify that our company complies with regulations that guarantee consumer rights. In this regard, it's important to note that the Consumer Protection Statute, in Article 47, paragraph 3, item 7, establishes the following:
"Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include the following cases... Item 7: Contracts for the acquisition of personal use goods."
All our products are of personal and intimate use (underwear and swimwear).
